Add image resize option

Describe the PR

In almost all modern editors, width and height adjustment can be added to images. At the same time, adjusting the width of the pictures instead of the large size will greatly affect the page performance. I thought this was missing in our editor. There may be errors or missing in coding. Please review @bastianallgeier 🙏

Add image resize option with features:

Manually enter width and height
Crop or resize selection (default is resize)
Optionally keeping aspect ratio
