Remove “Tweet” from “Promote your plugin” text

The “Promote your plugin” section of the “Plugin best practices” page uses the term “Tweet”.

Since the Kirby team is no longer actively using or supporting the Twitter/X platform, this text should be removed or modified.

For example:

Change the text:

Tweet it mentioning @getkirby.

To something like:

Post about your plugin, mentioning @getkirby where applicable.
