Blueprint: `background` option for columns/sections #145

Not sure if this is just me.

Maybe I'm still so used to the Kirby 2 sidebar, but I feel a bit overwhelmed by all the fields on that one grey background.

If sections or columns had a background-option or so, we could probably better differentiate between them. Quick mockup:

Wondering whether a class option (for tabs, fields, columns, sections) would make more sense. Which could then be targeted via custom Panel CSS.
