upgrade whoops dependencie so i can test with PEST #572

i am aware of this: https://github.com/getkirby/kirby/pull/2414 but whoops seems to have no breaking changes... https://github.com/filp/whoops/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md so maybe it could be upgrade after all.

otherwise i can not use kirby with PEST.
