Preview text files #603

Currently, the file preview is very much focussed on displaying images:

It would be great if Kirby was anticipating text files and displayed a text preview by default similar to the image preview. Information like orientation and dimensions could be replaced by word count or similar information better suited for text content.

This way, authors could read the file's content without opening it. It would also be possible to add inline editing capatibilities (via plugins).
