Changes to the new connection notification (Lottie Animation)

To make our new connection notifications less intimidating, we've adjusted the copy and included an exploding heart emoji.

Summary of changes:

1. • [ ] Change "New Connection: [country]" to "Helping a new person in [country]"
2. • [ ] Add exploding heart Lottie animation
3. • [ ] Increase the height of the notification from 44px to 48px to accommodate heart emoji.
