If I sign out and sign in with another account, then I am seeing two twitter accounts in the side menu. #106

  1. Sign in with user1
  2. Sign out - Sign out again in the webview too as specified in the issue #105
  3. Now sign in with user 2.In the side menu, there will be two accounts.

This should also be resolved now with the recent changes, but I haven't had a chance to confirm. Could you take a look? Here's the new APK link again: https://github.com/firetweet/downloads/blob/master/firetweet-beta.apk?raw=true
