Refresh timeline when new tweet is sent #136

This resolves https://github.com/getlantern/firetweet/issues/100 and includes a few other fixes.

I'm just going to merge this since a lot of the analytics changes have already been live and reside on another branch. The update to refresh the timeline after a tweet is sent is also fairly trivial.
