Disable detour in Lantern Android

Detour is causing network issues for some FireTweet users. We should add an option to just disable it entirely.

Or maybe we just manually disable it if we detect we're running on Android for now? Should be a one or two link change I think.

OK I'll look at it thanks. Trying to switch my phone's language back from Persian currently =).
