No such host logs #119

Hey @oxtoacart or @forkner this just axes those "no such host" errors that keep mucking up the works, allow with this already merged change in proxy https://github.com/getlantern/proxy/pull/19/files

Actually one sec going to tweak this. For stackdriver logging at the lower level is definitely preferred, as it helps it do things like differentiate errors by line number.
