Use for chained forward proxy #129

I am trying to understand whether this project could be used to build a chained forward proxy - so proxy A passes all requests through proxy B. Have made some progress understanding the code and believe I could not achieve this without changes to lantern/proxy.. but just maybe it is possible.

If anyone can comment or provide a code snippet example or point me in the right direction I would be grateful. This project is very high quality and it seems to me it could be used for a variety of use cases.
