Can't see lantern interface after opening lantern VPN #2

once i click lantern icon from taskbar, it's opened from google chrome but it shows a black loading page all the time and never shows the lantern setting option or graphic interface.

if check the page code it will tell you "outdated browser" meaning you have to upgrade your browser.
