本人有两个问题需要解决：

  1. 在2023年11月1日购买蓝灯专业版，但在2024年3月份蓝灯自动更新版本，导致本人的账号自动转为免费版本。由于本人在操作购买蓝灯时，蓝灯的账号系蓝灯随机分配，而且本人也没有保留蓝灯分配的账号， 导致无法通过邮件恢复专业版。已经将本人的支付信息USD$48, 收款方为 LIGHT WAVE HEEPSGETLANTEUS! 截图依照你提供的链接附上，希望能帮助恢复本人的账号，谢谢！
  2. 另外，本人在2024年7月3日再次购买lantern专业版，邮箱也没有收到任何lantern的激活码，相关的支付账单也通过链接提交！希望能够退回7月3日的款项。@ Mike777Khoo

你好，我7月3日购买lantern，但现在却无法使用专业版，也没有收到任何lantern激活码邮件。我现在想申请退款，谢谢
