[Data] Facebook and Instagram refresh - H2 2024 prelaunch #26

Requirements:

  1. Rerun the FB pipeline to collect latest data and
  2. Use fresh categories from https://gist.github.com/andylnkd/f0758bc34e32c8d2d67d2730d1a91bc7
  3. Test running of ETL pipeline to get the master data table updated and data available on search FastAPI endpoint
  4. Use logged out mode for now for consistency
