[Feature Request] Download Manager should download chapters in ascending order #240

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I find a manga to download via one of the plugins, hit "Select All" and select download, it starts downloading the chapters in reverse order.

Describe the solution you'd like It should download the chapters in ascending order. If it is intentionally queued descending for other reasons, perhaps there should be a toggle button or something.

Describe a small use-case for this feature request I don't think I'm the only one who hits "Select All" because I am reading a new manga. It would be nice to be able to start reading sooner because of how slow the download process is.

Oh yea that one. When I was still using the built-in download manager it was a pain that it started to download a 300 chapter long manga at 300, so you need to wait a few hours to be able to start to read. So maybe showing the chapters in the current order so you can find the new chapters, but download in the reverse order to get the first chapters first.
