[Feature Request] Allow Users without Admin Access to Change Password #300

Just allow user to change his own password !

You can go to Admin -> User Management, click the edit button next to your username, and then click "change password".

he says that a user should be able to change his own password though the user doesn't have an admin permission.

Hi ! Sorry i forgot to say that I would that all users without admin access should change their own password !
