Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am Nandagopal Radhakrishnan, the Vice President of the technology team at GlobalBank. Our responsibility is to maintain and improve the banking applications that form the backbone of our operations.

Today, I wish to discuss some critical consumers that our application supports. These include IVR customer touchpoints as well as assisted channels like Eclipse, Salesforce, and AVOKA. As a key part of our operations, these platforms facilitate interactions between our bankers, agents and customers.

One of our application's primary offerings is sharing APIs and micro user interfaces with these assisted platforms, allowing for smooth integration and reusability across different channels. This not only increases efficiency but also elevates the overall customer experience.

However, it is crucial to note that if these aforementioned services cease to function for the IVR channel, their availability could be compromised. Similarly, we might encounter disruptions in the simplified banking features built on top of assisted channel applications.

Also noteworthy is CBOL - one more consumer availing some of these services from us. Additionally, we handle all Card Not Present transactional journals for dispute inquiries from RMS platform which are critical for maintaining transparency with our clients.

IVR and Reimagine are significant consumers of this app and any downtime can potentially affect a large number of users. For your perusal, we can provide a list detailing users and consumers along with a chart specifying frequency of transactions from production environment.

Understanding these intricacies will help you appreciate how your work impacts our business directly or indirectly. If there are any questions or you require further clarification on how to incorporate this information into your workflow effectively, please feel free to contact myself or any member of my team.

Thank you for your unwavering dedication towards utilizing our banking applications effectively. It is through collective effort that we continue to deliver top-notch tools and resources within GlobalBank.

Hello,

My name is Nandagopal Radhakrishnan, and I am serving as a VP at globalbank. In my role, I head the technology team that ensures our banking applications operate optimally.

Today, I'd like to bring an ongoing health concern of mine to your attention. Since 2008, I have been experiencing consistent discomfort in my lower back, particularly at the right sacroiliac (SI) joint. This prolonged discomfort has been thoroughly documented through numerous scan films and radiology reports over the years.

Initially, I was advised by medical professionals to consider physiotherapy without any major interventions. However, in 2012 a new development arose: a cyst was discovered on the posterior side of my brain. A doctor hypothesized that this might be causing my gait issues and referred me to a surgeon for further investigation. The surgeon concluded that it wasn't likely to be causing these symptoms, yet my condition persisted.

Despite frequently undergoing scans and consultations over the years – all leading back to similar feedback – it wasn't until 2024 that an orthopaedician from my homeland recommended X-rays of my hip pelvis and SI joint. Following their review of these X-rays, they suggested conducting MRIs of the HIP and SI joint.

The MRIs revealed chronic sacroiliitis with active sacroiliitis on the right side. This led me to consult with a rheumatologist who suggested blood work and a bone scan to confirm axial spondylitis. Unfortunately, these results were negative.

Thus far no definitive root cause has been identified for this persistent arthritis in my right SI joint which greatly affects my daily life quality. It's speculated if the presence of a cyst on my brain's left cerebellum could be affecting motor function causing weakness and spasms in my left gluteus muscle; could this imbalance be placing extra strain on the right side leading to arthritis in the right SI joint? Or, could this be indicative of an autoimmune disorder?

This condition is challenging, considering that my field necessitates extended periods of sitting, which further aggravates my discomfort and limits my mobility. As a dedicated member of our team, I wish to maintain high performance levels; however, this is becoming increasingly difficult.

Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue urgently. An ergonomic assessment of our workspace and necessary adjustments for maintaining correct posture would be highly beneficial. Please advise me on any further steps necessary regarding this concern on your end.

I value your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for taking the time to read through this email.

Hello,

I am Nandagopal Radhakrishnan, a Vice President at GlobalBank where I oversee the technology team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banking applications.

Recently, I have been grappling with an ongoing health concern that has been affecting my quality of life and potentially my work performance. Since 2008, I’ve been dealing with persistent discomfort in my lower back, specifically at the right sacroiliac (SI) joint. This issue has been consistently documented over the years through various scans and radiology reports.

In 2012, a cyst found in my brain led to theories about it causing gait issues but further investigation by a surgeon ruled this out as the primary cause of my symptoms. Fast forward to 2024, X-rays of my hip pelvis and SI joint were recommended by an orthopedician which later led to MRI tests revealing chronic sacroiliitis with active inflammation on the right side.

Despite these findings, blood work and bone scan results turned out negative when testing for axial spondylitis - leaving us without a definitive root cause for this arthritis in my right SI joint which greatly impacts me on a daily basis. It's speculated that the presence of the cyst in my brain could be affecting motor function causing weaknesses and spasms in my left gluteus muscle – possibly leading to an imbalance that puts extra strain on the right side.

Additionally, I've noticed that my urinary flow is not normal speed and I'm also experiencing constipation issues occasionally resulting in fissures. These symptoms together are quite challenging as prolonged sitting periods required by my job aggravate them further.

To fully understand what might be causing these symptoms, I am open to undergoing additional medical tests such as blood tests or electromyography if necessary. My goal is to find out whether there may be an autoimmune disorder or any other condition underlying these symptoms.

In light of these developments, your assistance in urgently addressing this issue would be highly appreciated. An ergonomic assessment of my workspace and adjustments for maintaining correct posture could provide significant relief for the time being. I'd also welcome any advice on further steps we could take to manage or ideally resolve this issue.

I am determined to maintain high performance levels at work and committed to taking necessary steps towards recovery. Your understanding and prompt attention to this matter are greatly valued.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Nandagopal Radhakrishnan, and I serve as the VP of the technology team at GlobalBank. Our team plays a vital role in supporting all banking applications to maintain seamless operations.

The purpose of my email today is to discuss a health issue I've been experiencing lately. I believe you may be able to provide insights given your expertise in this field.

For some time now, I've been dealing with persistent lower back pain, particularly concentrated in my right sacroiliac (SI) joint. Concurrently, my left gluteus medius and gluteus minimus muscles have displayed signs of tightness and spasms which have hindered my mobility.

Interestingly, I suspect there's a correlation between these issues. Given the tightness and spasming in my left gluteal muscles, it seems that my body movement isn't properly coordinated. This lack of coordination has led to what appears to be gait abnormalities; it looks like my weight isn't being distributed evenly across both legs during movement. As such, I posit that this imbalance might be causing additional stress on the right SI joint due to compensatory mechanisms for handling activities typically sustained by the left leg.

In support of these observations, I've attached some videos for your reference. They showcase the aforementioned symptoms; mainly the uncoordinated walk due to muscle stiffness and potential gait irregularities.

Considering your profound understanding of such matters, any advice or guidance you might offer would be invaluable in helping me alleviate these symptoms and better comprehend their underlying causes.

As someone who places significant emphasis on overall health and well-being, acting proactively towards understanding and addressing these issues before they escalate further is imperative to me.

Thank you sincerely for taking out time from your busy schedule to read through this email. Your feedback will certainly help shape a path towards possible solutions we can explore together.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

A posterior fossa cyst pressing on the cerebellum could affect motor control, potentially leading to muscle weakness or spasms in the left leg. This could alter gait and weight distribution, potentially placing additional strain on the right sacroiliac (S.I.) joint as it compensates for the compromised function of the left leg. Over time, this uneven load could contribute to inflammation or sacroiliitis in the right S.I. joint. However, this is an indirect and multifaceted chain of events and would need comprehensive evaluation by specialists in neurology and orthopedics to confirm.

getmenandha commented 2 weeks ago

he findings at the L5-S1 level—disc bulge, posterior annular tear, and disc desiccation—causing central canal and bilateral lateral canal narrowing could potentially lead to referred pain and contribute to mechanical stress on the sacroiliac (S.I.) joints. If nerve compression or altered biomechanics affect the lower back or pelvis, it may increase stress on the right S.I. joint, which could exacerbate or lead to sacroiliitis or arthritis symptoms. The lack of foraminal narrowing suggests less direct nerve compression, but compensatory strain could still impact the S.I. joint.

Hello,

I trust this email finds you in good health.

My name is Nandagopal Radhakrishnan, and I serve as the Vice President of the technology team at GlobalBank, where we are dedicated to supporting banking applications for seamless operations.

Today, I write to you about a personal health matter that has been concerning me. Given your expertise in this field, I am hopeful that you can provide valuable insights and guidance.

For some time now, I've been experiencing persistent lower back pain, particularly focused around my right sacroiliac (SI) joint. Accompanying this discomfort are muscle spasms and tightness in my left gluteus medius and minimus muscles which have significantly impacted my mobility.

Interestingly enough, it appears there may be a correlation between these symptoms. Due to the spasming and tightness in my gluteal muscles on the left side, I noticed that my body movement seems uncoordinated leading to potential gait abnormalities such as uneven weight distribution across both legs during movement. This imbalance might be causing additional stress on my right SI joint due to compensatory mechanisms attempting to accommodate for activities typically handled by the left leg.

The central objective here is identifying the root cause of what seems like Sacroiliitis in my right SI joint. Notably, there are two main possibilities - either a posterior fossa cyst on my left cerebellum could be causing motor function problems or an L5-S1 bulge issue is at play. There's also a possibility of axial spondylitis or another underlying issue entirely.

To aid your diagnosis, attached are several videos showcasing these symptoms – primarily an uncoordinated walk due to muscle stiffness along with possible gait irregularities.

Treating the root cause is paramount as it would not only alleviate these symptoms but also enhance my quality of life considerably. As someone who places significant emphasis on overall health and well-being, it's crucial to act proactively towards understanding and addressing these symptoms before they escalate.

Your advice or guidance would be invaluable in this context, helping shape a clear path towards potential solutions we could explore together.

Thank you sincerely for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read through this email. I eagerly look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yes, a cyst in the posterior fossa, particularly if it exerts pressure on the cerebellum or brainstem, could potentially cause involuntary eye movements (such as nystagmus). The cerebellum and nearby brainstem structures are involved in coordinating eye movements and maintaining balance. If these areas are compressed, it can lead to occasional involuntary eye movements or other coordination issues. For a clear assessment of any connection between your symptoms and the cyst, consulting a neurologist is recommended.

getmenandha commented 2 weeks ago

Yes, a posterior fossa cyst pressing on the left side of the cerebellum could potentially affect hearing in the left ear, especially if it exerts pressure on structures related to auditory pathways, such as the cochlear nerve or brainstem areas connected to hearing. This type of cyst can also impact balance and cause symptoms like tinnitus, vertigo, or partial hearing loss on the affected side. A neurologist or ENT specialist can help determine if the cyst is indeed the source of these auditory symptoms.

Dear Dave and Raja,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to request your approval for an expedited change record that we have opened with the product management team. This change is critical due to a missing configuration in today's build for the microservice responsible for delivering terms and conditions, either electronically or via paper print.

The API has undergone changes for the November release to ensure alignment with both upstream and downstream applications, specifically Salesforce and eSign. To address this issue promptly, we have opened a P2 incident.

Could you please assist in approving the change record to deploy the necessary updates and resolve the service startup issue? The fix will include picking the required value from HashiCorp Vault.

I hope this information provides sufficient justification for the emergency change record. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support.

Dear [Recipient's Name],

I hope this email finds you well.

As we approach 2025, I wanted to touch base regarding a few key points to ensure we are well-prepared for the upcoming year.

Firstly, we have noticed a recurring need for simplified banking metrics. To address this, we propose creating a systematic approach to building these reports, which can be provided on a regular basis. This will help streamline our processes and ensure that everyone has access to the necessary data in a timely manner.

Additionally, since there are no work requests for the Reimagine apps for Q1 and Q2 of 2025, I wanted to check if you have identified any backlog items that we should prioritize for the new year. Our team, which is now fully offshore and well-trained SMEs, is ready to handle upcoming demands. Understanding the capacity we need to maintain will be crucial for effective planning.

Lastly, we have observed a significant number of queries related to the features we've rolled out. To improve efficiency and response times, we could consider developing an automated resolution system for these inquiries, especially if the turnaround for such queries remains high.

I look forward to your thoughts on these suggestions and any further insights you might have.

Hi Raju,

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to update you on some recent changes regarding our storage setup. We have upsized to an XXL Mongo cluster for our active and transactional persistent storage, following the recommendation from the Mongo admin team.

To optimize performance and manage our resources effectively, it has been advised to move records that are no longer needed for real-time retrieval to cloud storage. According to our project requirements, we will keep 18 months of data in the active store. Any records older than this will be migrated to cloud storage.

Additionally, we can stream the data to EAP if the capacity and requirements are in place.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further details.

Dear Team,

I wanted to provide an update regarding the Experian verification issue that was recently reported. We have implemented a fix on our end to ensure the proper consumption of the Experian verification service. This adjustment was necessary due to a code freeze on the decisioning service, which interfaces directly with Experian.

Root Cause:

It appears that there was a lack of awareness on the consumer end regarding modifications made to the BAU code. These changes were intended to support both the CCS and branch components of the FICO integration. Unfortunately, this was not detected during testing, likely because we often utilize virtualized responses in our test environments.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our processes. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,

Nandagopal Radhakrishnan
