This should be just a matter of integrating 3rd party services. There are the additional questions of, "do we want to track if the user donated?" and "should the app treat the user differently if they did?".

For now mostly a matter of using Stripe, and yes, keeping track of it. Don't think we will have much UI difference if they did donate, except for lifecycle emails around that engagement.
