libboost missing | failed to produce 'UE4Editor-SocketIOClient.dll'

Hey getnamo,

I've managed to fix a lot of errors by copying the latest release of UnrealEnginePython ( UnrealEnginePython-v1.8.0-UE4.21.7z) into my project.

but the ones below still remained. have you an idea how I can fix them?

Running VS2017 with admin rights:

fixed like this:

• add the plugins as submodules
• download the python binaries
• compile again
