feat: HttpCache improvements - supporting CacheFS folders #51

What did you implement:

Folder/context support was added to CacheFS in https://github.com/getndazn/kopytko-utils/pull/22. Hence integrating that into the framework where CacheFS is being used.

How did you implement it:

Updated package.json to target new versions
Added prototype method to HttpCache to be able to execute CacheFS.clear()

How can we verify it:

Todos:
