Hide posts of other users

In many environments, there should be no option for people to edit posts of other users. We can implement that. Some requirements and considerations:

• [x] Saving the username of the post author. This will require a hack (modifying site.config['DEFAULT_METADATA'] on the fly).
• [x] Making this a per-user option, controlled by the administrator.
• [x] The user should also have their say. If an user is given access by the administrator, but does not want it, they can always hide “foreign” posts.
  • [x] This can be done as a default setting in the Profile,
  • [x] and also switched temporarily on/off on the index page.
