zen: Include google fonts statically #208

A German court decided in January 2022 that using the Google fonts API violates the GDPR by exposing the visitors IP address to Goggle [1]. It seems that there is now a wave of cease and desist letters [2] (German only) being sent even to small websites. As I do not want to pay a fine for my free blog, I'd like to at least beware users of the "zen" theme from this risk.

Please note that I am not a web developer, so although I believe the change correctly implements my intention, I am entirely open for suggestions if there is a "better way" to do this. I will then do my best to accommodate that. I hope that the intent of the change has become clear from the commit log.
