Port Ghostwriter to Nikola #32

Take the Ghostwriter theme, strip the AJAX, and port and adopt it to Nikola. Rename it Teslawriter.

The theme is beautiful but I dislike the AJAX nonsense. It adds no value.

I am not going to start this until the middle of next week. If you bet me to getting the work done, you can keep it in.

IF you wanted to get ambitious, you could do it ajax-and-all using moustache (there is an example)
