[WIP] Jade theme #42

A jade theme, to be used by the jade template engine. Very much a WIP.

Why?

  1. Jade language has a nice syntax, much less verbose than Mako or Jinja
  2. You can automatically convert Jade to Mako and Jinja
  3. People coming from Ruby or JS know about Jade

So, maybe we could use this as a base theme. It looks useful on its own, too.

Sadly, I let this rot so much that it's the v6 base theme, and not v7's, so I need to redo it almost completely :-(
