Prepare bootstrap5, bootblog5 themes #3552

Bootstrap 5 was just released. This means we could use brand new bootstrap5 and bootblog5 themes. (And we might even get to drop jQuery from the base themes!)

@Kwpolska ;-) - I understand that the best way of supporting an issue is a pull-request; but unfortunately, front-end components are beyond my skillset, so I cannot offer more than kind words at this point ;-).
