Fixes #232

It uses the metadata extractors introduced in getnikola/nikola#2861, which will be available in Nikola v8.

The main code change is in b2b1e2f207c034983c0e8009e3566f246361ee41, the other commits are copying the plugin from v7/ to v8/ (d7b12b3c1f3513e51e1d18da8607190770142401), preparation (0cbe195b948b9cf7f4ec24421a21ede2ebe45bea) and documentation and version bumping (36310dd76b3b80d7760a25557ba8d7c30e5f73c0).
