This shortcode embeds a Nextcloud Forms formular in a static site. It provides a mechanism for the static HTML site to embed a form and to collect and store the user data.

Please add a license header to nextcloud_forms.py. Pick whichever open-source license you like best; I’d recommend MIT if you’re unsure.
