I thought this readme was really good. I was nodding as I read through it, which is always a good sign!
Changes that I think are easy to approve:
Tried to make whitespace, periods, spacing more consistent
Tried to drop all unnecessary words (e.g., Ubuntu Cloud 18.04 Linux distribution can just be Ubuntu)
Reordered sections in order of importance (access is first, updater above the fold, backups come first, etc)
Dropped text that either people know or would require too much explanation
Added more section headers for easier navigation
A few spelling and grammar tweaks
Changes that I think might be controversial (in separate commits):
I don't think local-virtualbox is clarifying. I think virtualbox is always local and it's not like we have remote virtualbox.
I don't love odk as a username/database name. I think in the VM we use aggregate and I think we should be consistent. This will require downstream changes!
