Add export as PDF option to show form data as entered on the form

It would be beneficial to be able to export submitted forms as PDF reports so that media
and captions are directly linked with recorded data.

To clarify: I assume you mean, for each submission, emitting one or more document pages
with the question text followed by the answers, and including any images (and audio
or video, or links to those, if possible) as embedded media on those pages?

This is unlikely to be done by the core team, but we would accept code contributions
that did this. 

Note that you might want to do this only in Briefcase, as it will not have the overall
size restrictions that are eventually an issue on ODK Aggregate.

Hi Anne,

You can easily publish the data on a google fusion table and create a nice display
using a card layout (and display submission one by one).
Then, you can design a specific html to display exactly with the same design as your
paper looks like. And finally you can share, print or save as PDF.

I already did it for one project and the result is very nice :)
