The Visualize layout does not correctly load/refresh the GeoPoint drop-down when you select the Map type. This makes mapping impossible.

User reported issue in 1.4.12, and confirmed to occur on opendatakit.appspot.com (1.4.13)

Additionally, this can work, provided you wait long enough for the dataset to change on the submissions tab to show the form that you have selected. This can take 30+ seconds. On the opendatakit.appspot.com site, I had to select Geo Tagger v2, wait, then select Forest Survey, then select Geo Tagger v2, and wait again for the tabular form to change. Then click Visualize and the drop-down will be populated. This seems to be a responsiveness issue?
