As discussed in https://forum.opendatakit.org/t/briefcase-export-from-last/20028, we want to store metadata of forms into files in the storage directory. The goal would be to

make visible some data that Briefcase uses to pull and export forms and
enable power users to tinker with it to support their workflows

We should start with the following metadata:

Last pull cursor metadata: type (aggregate, ona, opaque...), and its value
Last exported submission: instanceId, submission date, export date
