Software versions Briefcase v 1.17.1 master.x, Java v1.11.x, operating system Ubuntu, MacOS and Windows Aggregate v1.x.x, Collect v1.x.x...

Problem description

Select all button is enabled in the middle of ongoing export, screenshot attached: Screenshot from 2019-12-19 13-18-20

Steps to reproduce the problem

Go to export tab
Select a few forms to export
Click on the Export button

Expected behavior

Select all should be disabled when exporting form process is in progress, as other actions are.

Things you tried, stack traces, related issues, suggestions on how to fix it...
