ODK Central v1.0 release #142

This release focuses on web-based form filling and submission, by integrating deeply with Enketo. As of v0.9, Enketo is automatically bundled with ODK Central. This release expands on that integration. Eventually planned for a later release is the ability to edit submission data using Enketo webforms.

This release is still being planned and is subject to change. Please take a look at the details in this document. Comments and feedback may be left there, or here.
