SSO: pressing back after login and selecting another account results in ignored error #477

We discussed this in a meeting earlier today. @lognaturel thought that the current behavior was fine. It's not clear what the expected behavior is. @sadiqkhoja thinks that it'd be ideal to modify history and remove the IdP login page from the stack so that it's not possible to navigate back to the page. However, I'm not sure that's possible given our current setup and the limitations of the history API. The plan is to continue researching that question in a future release cycle and to ship the current behavior with .4.
