Release criteria

Add App User name and Project name
~Add "temporary" (translated) in the middle of a draft QR code~

Note to self when I come back to this issue: I could definitely do some canvas tricks to add things to the QR image, but I ran into some issues last time I tried. Would need to do something different with the Popover component (that's the only place it is used) or maybe use a modal?
