Run the attached file through the XLSForm converter.

ODK Validate reports warnings about an unrecognized 'query' attribute.

Javarosa and/or ODK Validate and ODK Collect should be modified to not report this
as an error.

I investigated attached form and it works well using our app. No errors, no crashes so it shouldn't be here I think.

You're right, I refiled in Validate.
