I think we currently give people a chance to opt out in Collect and Briefcase (which is great), but none of our web properties ask before enabling user tracking. We should review our GA settings and make sure we are as close to GDPR compliant as possible and are asking for consent where appropriate.

None of our web properties use GA now. Collect uses Firebase Analytics, but that's an issue we'll take on later.
