Briefcase features, next month #4

@lognaturel Since Briefcase and probably Build and soon Validate will be on the same release cycle as Collect, maybe we should just have an upcoming releases header with the dates, and put that stuff there? Then This month will be more high-level stuff that we are doing besides the releases.

I like it. Looks like I failed to notice this PR in my delirious state last night. I'll go do that and merge our changes in #5.
