Update docs for normalize-space #247

Closes #242.

This is an improvement from #243 and indicates that normalize-space is fully supported as described at https://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-xpath-19991116/#function-normalize-space

For future reference, a pull request tracks a given branch and you can make any kind of change to that branch that you want including rebasing and force pushing to it.
