can it OCR Chinese？ #78

Hey @kfjian! I'm not very well qualified to guarantee that. But I expect it should do generally well with most simplified mandarin.

I've tried. It works just fine. I mean the website version. The library should be the same. gpt4 family model works OK with mandarin.
