chore: update project according to the template #10

Changes proposed

This PR updates the project to follow the Omni Template for new repositories.

Additional context

The GitHub URL was also updated, so it's necessary to release a new version on the Visual Studio Code extension store.

I've also updated the package version to 1.0.9 since 1.0.8 was the active version on the store, but the code was still on 1.0.7, hope I don't break anything.

Hey @lukemorales, after almost two months I was able to give a look at Omni again haha

I have added myself as a contributor to the project 😄
