Related key names do not include "_id(s)" #92

This PR would enhance compatibility with ember-data's conventions. If chosen not to merge (because it will break pretty much every implementation without changes to the backend), I suggest we include a clear list of EPF - ember-data discrepancies somewhere and also incorporate these in the migration guide.
