Add *.pyc to gitignore template #14

Hey Duncan. My stance is that these kinds of ignores belong in developers' individual global ~/.gitignore files — not duplicated across every repository's ignore list. The latter should (IMHO) only include repository-specific ignore directives, which is why this repository's ignore list is so sparse.
