[PATCH] Remove redundant wheel dep from pyproject.toml #36

Remove the redundant wheel dependency, as it is added by the backend automatically. Listing it explicitly in the documentation was a historical mistake and has been fixed since, see: https://github.com/pypa/setuptools/commit/f7d30a9529378cf69054b5176249e5457aaf640a

Thank you for the fix, Michał. Is the current v2.1.0 release posing any practical problems that would necessitate an immediate release of your fix to PyPI? Or can we merge this PR and then wait for a while before publishing a release to PyPI?

No need for immediate release, at this point it's more of a cosmetic issue / future-proofing the package.
