bootstrap3: Bad breadcrumbs and banner integration on post page #649

Basically the problem is when DISPLAY_BREADCRUMBS = True and BANNER is set to an image, When you go into any page or a post the whitespace above the BREADCRUMBS component is eliminated and the whole body will awkwardly stick with the navigation bar.
