ƒFix themes failing to build because of missing i18n extension. #754

Trying to get more themes to preview. It's a start, right?

This only fixes preview of pelican-bootstrap3 and pelican-fh5co-marble.

I could probably have fixed more with different (smaller) fixes but bootstrap was most appealing to me.
