Feature request: Download filtered data option #1185

When filters are used by a query, it'd be handy to have "Download filtered CSV" and "Download filtered Excel" links which download just the filtered subset rather than the whole dataset.

Providing this is likely complicated by the implementation of filtering solely on the client-side.

@ArtursO I do not. I'm not intending to implement this myself, and I don't know the development priorities of the re:dash team.
