Public site currently displays "© Copyright 2014 PPMLite, LLC" in footer. If the level of effort is small to automatically update the year, perhaps it makes sense to implement this now. A quick search shows a lot of ways to do it via WP plugin, JavaScript, PHP, etc. (I don't know what it's built on now)
