Feature/itunes defaults #16

Added my commands to control iTunes from everywhere. Decrease iTunes volume without touching the system volume and playpause iTunes.

Dear Felix, thanks a lot for your PR. As I wrote you already per mail, "System" actions are not supposed to control specific applications, they should rather control system wide settings such as global volume or screen brightness. I however understand the need to control iTunes independently from whether its currently in the foreground or not. This feature will be added to the app soon – then it won't be necessary to configure "Default Actions" for iTunes in order to globally control iTunes.
