Normalize the behaviour with `dist`

I was surprised by the behaviour with dist (not just in the action but overall in sentry):

• it is mandatory in the action to upload source-maps but it is fine being empty when uploading through the CLI
• the action emits a warning when using dist:

  Warning: Unexpected input(s) 'dist', valid inputs are ['entryPoint', 'args', 'environment', 'sourcemaps', 'finalize', 'ignore_missing', 'ignore_empty', 'started_at', 'version', 'version_prefix', 
  'set_commits', 'projects', 'url_prefix', 'strip_common_prefix', 'working_directory']

  (using getsentry/action-release@v1.3.1)

-> Would it make sense to:

• either do not make it mandatory and have the action work without any dist (so noone is forced to use them)
• or if it has to be mandatory:
  • have a default value (github.sha or better: the version ?) in both the action and the sdk,
  • have the CLI behave similarly then
